All day I have been at the races in Ennis texas and I was walking around I see this white civic hatch back. Well, I tell my self, that looks like Larry's car. Oh snap it is Larrys car. They had a booth there at the NHRA race and they had a big crowd. Of coarse FalconGsr had the oppurtunity to talk to him for like 3 hours.

Larry is a very nice person and long winded, in a good way. He was very nice enough to show us how his roller wave pistons work and had a block, heads, headers etc. It was realy cool that he had a cut out block that showed a stock sleave compared to a Bensons sleave and a Golden Eagle Sleave. Those Golden eagles sure are nice.
But all in all it was fun. Falcon will have the pics, I hope, up soon.

Click on the pics. they expand to 1600x1200.

Hehe sorry about that Arturbo, I am a sucker for the theory behind this stuff. Larry doesn't stop teaching.

I don't know which cars were running his motors. The one NA car that was there that he said he built the motor for was (sorry i forgot to take a pic) a CRX thats been chopped with an s2000 nose. I saw it run in the 12s with traction problems.

Jeff from Atomic was there and Nitro was too. Nice guys.

Larry started up the civic for a min or two...it was pretty awesome! he revved it up a couple times but had to kill it cause there was an instant crowd. I had my head inside the passenger window. It wasn't deafening inside and had a mean growl at idle.

    Excellent photos !

I was starting to think that Larry had a 'Bat Man' thing going on - thats the first time I have seen a picture of his face, but you have unmasked him. When I spoke to him on the phone I always imagined that he looked like Santa, but there you go ! )

Sounds like you guys had a good weekend.

They said they'll be at the NIRA race in Englishtown this weekend and the new blower system will be shown at the following NIRA event.
They're having classes like school classes at all the big races this year.
